Unfortunately this movie is ONLY available on Hoopla, the poor man / dumb guy's Kanopy for all my StreamHeads out there. And I don't feel like going through the hassle of ripping it from there to pick apart here via my now world-famous, expertly chosen "clip shows." That having been said, there are no words of mine that could do justice to the absolute atrocity that is 7 Below (sometimes stylized as Se7en Below, definitely not to make you think of that other, good movie). I will say but only these two statements: Val Kilmer's presence is a rouse (he was clearly hired for one day of work and his character is killed off in the first fifteen minutes–though, what a glorious fifteen minutes they are!) and late in the game, Ving Rhames sings a rendition of "Swing Low Sweet Chariot" that has to be heard to be believed. Luckily for you, all you need is a library card to do so. Good luck!
Allow me to leave you with this, a user on IMDb tries to figure out the title of this movie (trust me, it makes no sense)...
