🎙️ EPISODE 519: 07.27.22 A really forgettable-ass movie here, folks. Sorry to report. It's never egregiously bad, and it is equally never compelling. A bland biopic on a topic/man for which there have been no less than 7,347 movies and documentaries already made about (see below). By coming at it from the perspective of three of the imprisoned-for-life Manson Family females (Katie, Sadie and Lulu), Mary Harron (who directed I Shot Andy Warhol and American Psycho and then.... a whole lot of nothing) thought she had a new angle, but I don't think it is. It's still the same story: sad, fucked up and — sixty years later — tired as hell. Movie Jeff Says... "pass."
