• VOLUME LIX •

Please don’t confuse this with the Spielberg film of the same name: this is TRUE RANDOM not TWO 4 TUESDAY dammit! This romantic drama about a blind lady and a former criminal looking to turn his life around is pretty much an over-the-top melodrama with the patented amount of shlock but it’s also a sports drama which transforms into Bloodsport 4: The Dark Kumite for a brief moment towards the end. There’s also an all-time pandering-ass cheap twist which made me audibly guffaw. Not entirely my bag, but definitely not an unwatchable film.
