Perfect timing: Just as I was nearing the completion of this review series, the Safdie boys announced that they are splitting up. Some people in 'the media' are saying that I am to blame for this. Well, these are dirty and rotten lies. And I have no further comment on the matter.

From 2009-2020, Josh and Benny Safdie produced four feature films (see ranking below) and a documentary. In 2008, Josh made The Pleasure of Being Robbed solo. I also reviewed ten of their short films + a brief making of Daddy Longlegs:
