🎙️ EPISODE 267: 05.27.2020 Mostly a subpar imitation of the classic mockumentaries from the master who helped invent the genre. A decade after his last film, this one falls flat, but still has its moments (I wanted to love the Corky St. Clair cameo two decades after Waiting for Guffman, but alas... something about even that felt off/forced). Of note, the chemistry between a husband-wife mascot duo who are having serious marital issues, played to a T by Zach Woods and Sarah Baker, is among the funniest stuff you'll see in any movie. I would say that it completely salvaged the film, to be honest.
