There is something sneakily awful about this, isn’t there? It’s needlessly artsy and these introspective departures are jarring in what’s otherwise a straight-ahead biopic, albeit about a topic that probably never deserved a full-length feature to begin with: the sordid tale of a mentally unstable astronaut wherein the silliest alleged detail from said saga turned out to be a fabrication?…


LOL.
Also, for a movie set in 2007 why did everything look like the 1980s? It was helmed by the showrunner of the Fargo TV adaptation, which I enjoyed the first season of (haven’t seen the rest).
