🎙️ EPISODE 370: 10.21.21 This is a joint review for both The Addams Family 2 (2021) & The Addams Family (2019) I took my daughter to see AF2 in the theater after she watched the first one because it's the spooky season and kids be needing things to do, things to watch. The content machines stops for no one, no matter the age, no matter what's going on in the world. It seems to slow down and maybe it does, but it never stops. We specifically watched the first one because we had plans to go watch the second one on Columbus day because she didn't have school. Only they don't call it Columbus day anymore because Columbus is CANCELED. It would be funny if you had a time machine and could go back and describe cancel culture to Christopher Columbus. "And, well, yeah Chris, that's why they took down all the statues of you." "There were statues of me? Wait, hold up, I have to go slaughter another indigenous group of people via disease and the witchcraft that is our advanced weaponry."

I'll be honest, I never actually saw the entirety of the first film. I don't think I saw any of its final twenty minutes. How does it end? Shoot me a comment with a spoiler for The Addams Family(2019) below. You know, I gotta be honest, I get The Munsters confused with The Addams family a lot. Is the only difference that the dad isn't Hispanic? The one I would watch on "Nick at Nite" growing up was The Munsters I'm pretty sure. But then the live-action movie with Christina Ricci is Addams. It seems like these two things are way too similar. One of them needs to be obliterated from the cultural consciences. Gonna build a ray gun with some free energy and psycho-paranormal tech and blast away whichever one gets less votes. Vote in my poll below. Thx. "10/10 both movies" —my daughter
