 | MOVIE #1,094 •🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿• 08.04.23 Man, I coulda swore I wrote a review for this around the time I finished watching, but I can’t find anything anywhere. Ugh!! Anyway! I fucking loved this show and while I’m weary that a second season would never be able to equal the magic of this, I’d happily watch it of course. This just felt like the perfect limited one-and-done show, but — again — what do I know? This show nailed that sweet spot between smart and stylish, funny and sad. Great characters with deep arcs that felt real despite the insane, over-the-top places they eventually landed on. |
