MOVIE #1,476 • 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿 • 03.26.24 This lost major steam after the very fun, and nicely shot ferry chase about ½-way through, but it’s still a decent, lesser-known noir full of all the twists you’ll likely see coming (but are still well-executed and enjoyable). Alan Baxter and Virginia Gilmore are each solid in the leads. And it’s funny, the actor who plays Gibbons is kind of a nobody and is lower billed in the cast but he's clearly got the third biggest role. I think this happened often back in the day though I'm not sure. Watchable flick. But not a Rewatchable™. Still gonna try to make this gif a meme one day... |
