MOVIE #1,845 • 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿 • 07.24.24 𝙳𝙸𝚁𝙴𝙲𝚃𝙾𝚁 𝙵𝙾𝙲𝚄𝚂: 𝙵𝚁𝙴𝙳𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙲𝙺 𝚆𝙸𝚂𝙴𝙼𝙰𝙽 Watching this instead of endless coverage of the Trump assassination attempt didn't exactly improve my bleak mood. The Schedule is all that matters (see below). I am the US postal service of movie watchers, people are saying. What could happen in the world, or directly in my life, that would make me deviate from The Schedule? It's a very short list, I think. After the only dip in quality (the previous year’s Primate), Wiseman returns to form here: a crushing, close to 3-hour look at the welfare system in NYC. The final character sums it up nicely, speaking directly to God… |
Thinking about what happened to these people. They're all probably dead. I hope they found a little peace before that.
The only way to watch movies.
