This was a difficult filmography for me to review! I think I touched on some interesting things here and there: mostly via the written critiques; I've never felt more like an idiot doing the podcast for this site than trying to talk about these movies off the cuff lol. Just know this: I LOVE GUY MADDIN'S FILMS. I think there are at least four undisputed perfect entries, three borderline ten-outta-tens (for various reasons), two flawed but fascinating flicks, two early efforts that are good but he's still honing his style, and an experimental "recreation" of Hitchcock's Vertigo which... I just didn't have the context to properly digest/enjoy. Needless to say, ranking these features was difficult.
