🎙️ EPISODE 25: 04.25.2015 It's difficult to think about this movie and not immediately go "oh yeah the incest movie" because honestly that is not why this is meh/maybe bad. As mentioned here, there's a so-indie-it-hurts-ness that occasionally can rear its ugly head when considering so-indie-it-hurts type films. That's never a dealbreaker for me unless the dialogue runs rampant in some unwanted direction, which I feel was the case here. Is this movie funny? I don't really remember. And that doesn't really matter either. The fact that the brother and the sister–the two main character–have sex with each other, that's the thing you're gonna remember and that's gonna cloud the rest of it because that is how the human brain works I don't make the freaking rules here!!
