Note: if I do happen to start up recording pods for these critiques, it might be sporadically so I'll be using the #🎙 tag to differentiate). I just didn't like that there was two websites! I missed this place, what can I say? It's going to take me a while to get caught up merging the posts from June-Sept over here but I hope to be done by October 1st in preparation for a very special Spooky Month where I'll be watching and reviewing 50 months in 31 days! OK, let's get into 2001's tonally a mess, but otherwise somewhere between meh and OK, Happily... There's only half an idea here and they hoped the LoLz — for example: one decent goof is when Jon Daly is pitching restaurant ideas and says "Fight Club, the restaurant. The first rule is make reservations" — would carry them home, but it's not nearly enough. The movie is rudderless and ultimately has no point. It's 'cool' stylization — see this Kubrickian long pan...

— feels like just another joke in the end. And unfortunately we're laughing at it, not with it. Also: the setup is fucked because it seems easy to have this kind of a relationship without kids!
